dc.description | In this thesis I reflect on the effects on human beings working with/for a bureaucracy. I chose to personify these theories concerning bureaucracies through a film script. Included here are chapters on my creative process, theories of bureaucratic effects, historical process of my creative project and where I have come from and where I am going. Context is provided by a few scenes from my movie in addition to two brief scenes on video. I also reflect on how my creation of characters evolved during the CCT process. Through my CCT journey I have also learned to use the reflective process on my writing to strengthen my writing and to use the critique of my fellow students to improve my creative process. | |
