dc.description	O texto aborda a aprendizagem da avaliação como um dos saberes essenciais para o processo de trabalho docente. Frente aos processos de avaliação externa cada vez mais presentes no texto das políticas educacionais, os autores propõem que os processos de formação de professores incorporem a discussão sobre a avaliação institucional apresentando-a como instância mediadora entre a avaliação da aprendizagem e a avaliação de sistemas. A aprendizagem de articulação entre os três níveis de avaliação repercute nos processos de qualificação das formas de participação docente no projeto da escola e indiretamente melhora a aprendizagem dos estudantes.<br>The text addresses evaluation as an essential knowledge for teachers' work processes. Facing the external evaluation processes increasingly more present in the context of educational policies, the authors propose that the processes of teacher education incorporate a discussion about institutional evaluation presenting it as a mediation between the evaluation of learning and the evaluation of systems. The articulation between the three levels of evaluation reverberates in the processes of qualification of the forms of participation of the teacher in the pedagogical project and indirectly improves the students' learning.
