dc.description
I have a background of many years working part time within the higher education system, especially in extracurricular activities. This synthesis provides resources for anyone—including myself—who wishes to work within college-level career counseling and academic advising to fulfill the role of a success coach. The resources are drawn from interviews with professionals in the field; articles and websites; scenarios and stories of students struggling with hardships and their success after defeating those hardships; and the field of critical and creative thinking.
