dc.description People today live in a world of rapid technological change, that evolves from people themselves: change influences both individuals and organizations and the greater the implications and results of change - the greater the resistance to it. Organizations have to be aware of the tried behavioural science techniques and methods of handling change, in order to implement it successfully. This also includes the South African Defence Force.
