dc.description Responses of a circulation before and after a month cycle of daily training exercises are investigated. 52 sportsmen participated in experiment. It is established, that use in repose period of activity of unwearied muscular groups essentially changes efficiency of physical aging. Realization outside in relation to aging of effects can appear the governor of training process. This regulation is exhibited depending on intensity of applied labilizing effects facilitating or loading process of aging. Under effect powered up in training process. Labilizing effects of function of a circulation and respiration undergo adequate fluctuations
