ORGANIZATIONAL AND MEDICAL-DEMOGRAPHIC ASPECTS OF THE GYNECOLOGIC AID IN THE FEMALE POST-REPRODUCTIVE PERIOD

dc.description	To study characteristics of the gynecologic pathology course demanding surgical intervention with women in a postmenopause period and the organization of medical care for them, we examined and interrogated 120 patients of elderly and senility age. It was found out that in almost 80,0% of cases of women’s polyclinics visits the medical aid was rendered by a neighborhood physician. We mean the women of the elderly and senility age. As a rule a gynecology doctor renders these women only consulting assistance. According to our researches such intrauterine pathology as endometrial polyps with 60 patients (50,0%); submucous uterine myoma with 20 patients (16,7%); hyperplastic and atrophic endometrial processes also with 20 patients (16,7%) are the most frequent. These women are to be operated on. At the same time, as shows the analysis of a demographic situation, the problem of rendering of the gynecologic aid to the women of the elderly and senility age will increase, as specific weight of this age group exceeds 30,0 %. Considering modern approaches to medical care of the women of the elderly and senility age, changes are quite necessary in the organization of medical care rendering to them, the introduction of regular examinations by a doctor-gynecologist is obvious.
