dc.description	The urgency of discussed in the article questions of modern institutional development of the supply chains in the consumer market is stipulated by the more global trend associated with the development of network forms of business organization which actively integrates a production link in its supply chains, increasing the tension in the channels of supply of the commodity sector of the economy. Within the framework of this article the authors theoretically explicate and empirically actualize relatively new theoretical vision of the process of institutional reconfiguration of the system of distribution in the consumer market substantiating as a steady trajectory of its development the need to improve the efficiency of operational and logistic parameters of good supply in network trading what can only be achieved provided the adequate reindustrialization of processing industry of the regions.
