dc.description	In exact direct tooth restorations, ill-posed crowns, the absence of interdental contact area are leading factors of initiation of local periodontal pocket. Pathologic process is situated mostly in the area of lateral teeth, there are a lot of fillings there. The origin and deepening of periodontal pocket occurs when these factors combine with chronic trauma of periodontal tissues. This work shows the procedure of complex treatment of localized periodontitis of traumatic origin. Prosthetic part plays the key role in the entire treatment. Purpose: to determine the complex of medical procedures in localized periodontitis Results: prosthetic procedures are the main part of complex treatment of localized periodontitis Practical implications: dentistry
