dc.description <p><strong>Resumo</strong></p> <p>O presente estudo focaliza aspectos fundamentais da situação do ensino rural em São Paulo, na década de 1930. A temática central é o crescente êxodo da população rural para a cidade, em busca de melhores condições de vida. Privilegiam-se as questões da escola e do professor do campo. Analisa-se a problemática pro meio do discurso de pensadores atuantes na educação paulista: Fernando de Azevedo, Almeida Júnior e Sud Mennucci.</p> <p>Palavras-chave: escola rural, situação do professor, educação paulista na era Vargas.</p> <p><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p>This present study has its focus on the fundamental aspects of the situation of the rural schooling in the state of São Paulo during the nineteen thirties. Its central theme is the exodus of the rural population searching for better life conditions in the city. Matters related to the school and the rural teacher were privileged. Those themes are analyzed through the words of active thinkers of the state’s education: Fernando de Azevedo, Almeida Júnior and Sud Mennucci.</p> <p>Keywords: rural schooling, teacher’s situation, São Paulo’s education during the Vargas era.</p> <p><strong>Resumen </strong></p> <p>El presente estudio focaliza aspectos fundamentales de la situación de la enseñanza rural en São Paulo,  en la década de los 1930. La temática central es el creciente éxodo rural a la ciudad, en la búsqueda de mejores condiciones de vida. Se privilegian las cuestiones de la escuela y del profesor del campo. Se analiza la problemática por los discursos de los pensadores actuantes en la educación paulista: Fernando de Azevedo, Almeida Jr. y Sud Mennucci.</p> <p>Palabras-clave: escuela rural, situación del profesor, educación paulista en la era Vargas.</p> <p><strong>Resumé</strong></p> <p>Cette étude se concentre sur les aspects fondamentaux de la situation dans les régions rurales de São Paulo, dans les années 30. Le thème central est l’ exode, croissant de la population rurale vers la ville à la recherche de meilleures conditions de vie. On privilégie les questions de l’école et du professeur dans l’enseignement rural. Analyser le problème par des discours des penseurs de l’ éducation actifs paulistas: Fernando de Azevedo, Almeida Jr. et Sud Mennucci.</p> <p>Mots-clé: école rurale, la situation de la formation des enseignants, de l’ éduction paulista dans l’ère Vargas.</p>
