ResumenEste artículo presenta los resultados de una investi- gación cuyo objetivo central fue caracterizar las con- cepciones y las prácticas pedagógicas de un grupo de profesores de la Universidad Santo Tomás, seccional Bucaramanga. El estudio se realizó a partir de un enfoque interpretativo, mediante el estudio de caso que implementó técnicas cuantitativas y cualitativas. Los resultados evidencian un contrasentido entre las concepciones, las acciones y los sentires pedagógicos del profesorado y ponen de manifiesto que, aunque hay una diversidad de modelos pedagógicos que se definen en la cotidianidad de las aulas universitarias, sigue predominando la práctica tradicional-conduc- tista.AbstractThis paper presents the results of a study whose aim was to character- ize the conceptions and pedagogical practices of a group of teaching staff ascribed to the University of Santo Tomas, Bucaramanga campus, Colom- bia. The study was conducted using an interpretative approach based on a case study that included quantitative and qualitative techniques. The results show certain contradictions between conceptions, actions and feelings of the group of lecturers. Although there are a variety of pedagogical models present in the classrooms, traditional behaviorist practices prevail.RésuméCet article présent les résultats d'une recherche dont l'objectif central était de faire une caractérisation des con- ceptions et des pratiques pédago- giques d'un groupe de professeurs de l'Université Santo Tomas, avec son siège à Bucaramanga-Colombie. L'étude a été réalisée à partir d'un po- int de vue interprétatif, par l'étude de cas qui a implémenté des techniques quantitatives et qualitatives. Les résul- tats montrent un contre-sens entre les conceptions, les actions et les percep- tions pédagogiques des enseignants, ils montrent que, bien qu'il y ait une diversité des modèles pédagogiques qui se définissent dans le quotidien des salles de classe universitaires, la pratique traditionnelle du conductis- me continue de prédominer.ResumoEste artigo apresenta os resultados de uma pesquisa cujo objetivo central foi caracterizar as concepções e as práticas pedagógicas de um grupo de professo- res da Universidade Santo Tomás, filial Bucaramanga, Colômbia. O estudo se realizou a partir de um enfoque inter- pretativo, mediante o estudo de caso que aplicou técnicas quantitativas e qualitativas. Os resultados evidenciam uma incoerência entre as concepções, as ações e os sentires pedagógicos do professorado e revelam que, ainda que haja uma diversidade de modelos pe- dagógicos que se definem na cotidia- nidade das salas de aula universitárias, continua predominando a prática tradicional-condutista. |
