dc.description The article reveals philosophical problem of ecological-energetical development of Russia. The author analyses White’s energetical dominanta which explains the source of cultural and social changes in the context of cosmic existing of humanity. Three White’s laws are the following: the law of corresponding of the level of cultural development and effective use of labour’s instruments, the law of increasing of measure of using energy and the law of limit of growth. On the basement of energetical conceptions of culture the author makes the model of structure and dynamics of culture.
