GEOGRAFIA Y CIUDADANÍA. DOS CONCEPTOS PARA TEJER Y RE-CONSTRUIR.

dc.description	<p>RESUMEN:</p><p>La presente reflexión surge como respuesta a las inquietudes suscitadas en diversas comunidades de Iberoamérica, Latinoamérica y en el actual sistema educativo colombiano, los cuales parten de la necesidad de construir y desarrollar planes y proyectos encaminados a fortalecer los aportes y perspectivas sobre la formación ciudadana en un país y mundo con tan variadas y complejas transformaciones. El trabajo desarrollado está en armonía con los planes y proyectos del programa de “Ciudad Educadora” y “Pedagogía Urbana” y a su vez hace parte de las inquietudes sobre la didáctica de la geografía al interior del grupo GEOPAIDEIA1. El artículo invita a reflexionar sobre los espacios de formación que permiten generar una nueva concepción y forma de interactuar con el espacio urbano, para potenciar un nuevo lenguaje y sentido de y en la ciudad, el cual refleja la construcción de ciudadanía a partir de la enseñanza y el aprendizaje de la geografía, para observar y re-significar la relación existente entre geografía y ciudadanía.</p><p>PALABRAS-CLAVE: Geografía; ciudadanía; aprendizaje; ciudad educadora; experiencia de aula; formación ciudadana; competencias ciudadanas.</p><p> </p><p>ABSTRACT:</p><p>This reflection came up as a reply to those concerns, aroused in different Colombian and Latin America communities, based on the necessity of planning and developing some frameworks tending to strengthen the contributions and approaches to citizenship education immersed in a countryworld dealing with diverse and complex transformation moments. The current project has been developed in agreement with the worked carried out by the program "Ciudad Educadora" and "Pedagogia Urbana." It also makes part of the concerns about geography didactics, one of the topics the GEOPAIDEIA group has been interested in since ever. This article invites readers to reflect about different education contexts tending to generate a new conception, and specially a new way of interacting with the urban space. Those contexts should promote an original language and sense from and in the city, showing the citizenship education as a process starting from the geography teaching-learning exchange, with the opportunity of observing and redefining the relationship between geography and citizenship.</p><p>KEYWORDS: Geography, citizenship, learning, classroom experience, citizenship competences.</p><p> </p><p>RÉSUMÉ:</p><p>La réflexion présente surgit comme une réponse aux préoccupations suscitées dans de diverses communautés de l'Amérique Latine et dans l'actuel système éducatif Colombien, lesquelles partent de la nécessité de construire et de développer des plans et des projets dirigés à fortifier les apports et les perspectives sur la formation citadine, dans un pays et un monde avec des transformations complexes et tres variées. Le travail développé est en harmonie avec les plans et les projets du programme d' "Une Ville Éducatrice" et d' "Une Pédagogie Urbaine", et à son tour, il fait partie des préoccupations sur la didactique de la géographie à l'intérieur du groupe GEOPAIDEIA. L'article invite à réfléchir aux espaces de formation qui permettent de générer une nouvelle conception et il se met en formation d'interagir avec l'espace urbain, pour promouvoir un nouveau langage et un sens dans la ville, qui reflète la construction de citoyenneté à partir de l'enseignement et l'apprentissage de la géographie, deviennent une occasion d'observer et de re-signifier la relation existante entre une géographie et une citoyenneté.</p><p>MOTS CLÉ: Une géographie, une citoyenneté, un apprentissage, une ville éducatrice, expérience de salle, formation citadine, concurrences citadines.</p>
