The headmasters professional impact is defined and mold by personality competences. We focus on defining personality in the context of pedagogical aspects, in which human capabilities, pedagogical wisdom and professional competences are reflected. We also characterize interpersonal competences, which together with particular character features comprise a full complex of key competences, important for carryingout this challenging work.Riaditeľ školy svojou osobnosťou a príslušnými profesijnými kompetenciami reflektuje vlastné ľudské vlastnosti, schopnosti riadiť pedagogické procesy a utvárať optimálne interpersonálne vzťahy na základe komunikácie, kooperácie a riešenia konfliktov. Stimuluje a rozvíja individuálnu vnímavosť sociálnej rozmanitosti pomocou aktívnej interakcie a interpersonálnych kompetencií. |
