The concept of tolerance put in «Declaration of principles of tolerance of UNESCO», proceeds, first of all, from social approach and the same time it lifts at its importance in the individual ethical plan. From these positions «tolerance is respect, acceptance and a higher assessment of a rich variety of world cultures, forms a means and ways of human life... It not is only moral imperative, but also political and legal requirements». Thus, according to the contents tolerance, without being a synonym, becomes the target aspiration directed against any xenophobia and promotes conflict prevention in the world. In the manifestations tolerance changes forms in an envious person most from a cultural, territorial context. In society and a government it can be (according to L.N.Konovalova) political, social, religious, ethnic, economic. There are intolerance and violence sprouts in the refraction by the environment, especially when the infringement of the rights and personal freedoms is obviously shown. Perhaps, because of an aggravation of the ethnic and religion conflicts of the last time, many efforts and the research are directed on the solution of "hot" international problems. However it is necessary to remember that the nature of the social and economic conflicts isn't less actual and carries, undoubtedly character. Such situation is peculiar to society of extreme stratification where is very rich and a lot of poor where conditions for emergence of middle class, stable the public phenomena also aren't created. For this reason today it is important to understand that it is necessary to develop at the same time all forms of tolerance in all sectors of society later not to regret for the missed possibilities of a consent in inflaming of the conflict. Article purpose - to present tolerance as manifestation of the economic freedom. Research methods - the system analysis and synthesis, comparison, generalization, statistical, logic. Result of research is the proof of that the model of the economic theory of tolerance is based on socialization by altruistic parents as they play a key role in formation of values of the person.
