dc.description	Resumen: Este trabajo expone una experiencia investigativa donde se presentan alternativas de solución para el problema de las relaciones escuela-escuela. Desde esta perspectiva, se realiza un análisis bajo diez criterios considerados por Blanco y Messina (2000) que, a grandes rasgos, dan cuenta de las principales características de las innovaciones educativas. El análisis de esta experiencia es concluyente al registrar este tipo de innovación como una innovación social al entender el carácter social de la innovación en doble sentido, es decir: por la naturaleza del cambio en condiciones objetivas, que se logran por hacer algo de manera distinta y por la naturaleza del cambio en condiciones subjetivas, dada por la experiencia de vida que los participantes incorporan durante la dinámica innovadora. En este sentido, esta experiencia transformadora puede ser considerada como una: innovación social que la entendemos como la adquisición de competencias organizacionales para propiciar vías modificadoras con la finalidad de fortalecer la interacción escuela – entorno.Abstract: The collective diagnosis made by the members of the school and its community, and some solutions proposals made by them are also described. The set of 10 criteria proposed by Blanco y Messina (2000), which describe the main characteristics of educative innovations, are used. The analysis of this experience is conclusive, as it judges this type of innovation as a social innovation which social nature is observed in two senses: the nature of the change in subjetive conditions due to learning and life experience that the participants gain during the innovation dynamic (Hopenhayn, 2005); and because social innovation is the generation of cooperative relationships between the different actors (Richer,2005). This experience is a social innovation because it allowed the development of organizational skills that favor transformation in the educative institution by the strenghtening of the school environment interaction.
