dc.description	The article discloses recommendations how to use cluster-oriented approach for developing fishing and hunting tourism in Astrakhan Oblast. The author examines identity factors of fishing and hunting tourism cluster building, defines the cluster core and the degree of interrelations between its actors. In details the author analyzes the role of infrastructural components keeping cluster running. The functional structure of fishing and hunting tourism is elaborated, and it is proved there are all preconditions to build and manage a highly advanced fishing and hunting tourism cluster in Astrakhan Oblast.
