dc.description	Con el objetivo de profundizar en la preparación didáctica de los alumnos ayudantes de la carrera de Medicina en la Filial de Ciencias Médicas de Bayamo, se procedió a la realización de cuatro talleres de índole pedagógica, dos dirigidos a los alumnos ayudantes y dos a los tutores. Se arribó a la conclusión que existen serias insuficiencias en la preparación didáctica de estos alumnos lo que repercute en su formación académico profesional. La poca sistematicidad en el trabajo pedagógico de los tutores con los alumnos y la pobre preparación didáctica de estos motivaron a trazar estrategias a corto y mediano plazo para la solución de estas insuficiencias. Se realizó una revisión del reglamento actual del Movimiento de alumnos ayudantes Frank País. La elaboración de un modelo académico profesional para la formación de estos alumnos se proyecta como una solución de impacto a las insuficiencias encontradas.<br>To study in depth the didactic training of assistant students in the Medicine career of the Medical Sciences Branch in Bayamo province, four educational workshops were performed, two directed to the assistant students and two to tutors. We concluded that there are serious insufficiencies in the didactic training of these students affecting their professional academic training. The scarce systematization in the educational work of tutors with students and the poor didactic training of these ones led to the design of short and medium term for solution of these insufficiencies. We made a review of current rules of the "Frank País" Assistant Students Movement. The design of a professional educational model to training of these students is projected like an impact solution to found insufficiencies.
