dc.description El presente articulo analiza el impacto de las TIC (Tecnologías de la información y la comunicación) en la educación primaria y secundaria en el contexto Europeo, en especial mirando el contexto educativo Español con relación a otros países. Los resultados apuntan a revelar la brecha tecnológica que se tiene en algunos países de Europa más que en otros y plantea estrategias y propuestas que pueden contribuir a la idea de integrar la TIC en el proceso educativo buscando generar nuevas oportunidades de aprendizaje y nuevos ambientes pedagógicos para que los estudiantes asuman un rol más activo y autónomo en el proceso formativo. <br> This article examines the impact of TIC (Technologies Information and communication) in primary and secondary education in the European context, especially looking at the Spanish educational context in relation to other countries. The results point to reveal the technology gap that has in some European countries than in others and raises strategies and proposals that may contribute to the idea of integrating TIC in the education process seeking to generate new opportunities and new learning environments for teaching that students take a more active role and autonomous in the learning process.
