LA PRÁCTICA PROFESIONAL COMO ESPACIO DE APRENDIZAJE. UNA PERSPECTIVA DESDE EL ENFOQUE DE EJE DE LA FORMACIÓN INICIAL UNIVERSITARIA

dc.description	The objective of this study was to generate a theoretical frame of the professional practice viewed as a learning space, for the initial universitary formation axis starting of the experience in the UPEL- IPMJM Siso Martínez. A documental study which required the application of the content analysis technique was executed, resulting in theoretical derivations from critical analysis of referential-conceptual, empirical information and complex reflections reached through the application of the continued-comparative method and analytical processes. The highlighted conclusions were: (a) the professional practice is formed by learning spaces, which together allows the acquisition and development of %u201Cknow how%u201D based professional skills (b) These spaces requires experiences and encounters that imply knowledge interchange and solving problems;<br /> the study of contextual situations with recurrent application of an inner logic of theories and the construction and re-construction of the professional knowledge. <br>El presente trabajo tuvo como propósito generar un cuerpo teórico sobre la práctica profesional como espacio de aprendizaje desde el enfoque de eje de la formación inicial universitaria partiendo de la experiencia en la UPEL %u2013 IPMJM Siso Martínez. En este sentido, el estudio fue abordado bajo la modalidad documental que requirió el uso de la técnica análisis de contenido en la cual el autor realizó derivaciones teóricas producto del análisis crítico de la información referencial y empírica yd e profundas reflexiones sobre el tema haciendo uso del método comparativo continuo y los procesos analíticos planteados por Goetz y LeCompte. Las conclusiones más resaltantes fueron: (a)La práctica profesional está conformada por espacios de aprendizajes que en su conjunto permite la adquisición y desarrollo de competencias profesionales basadas en el saber hacer. (b)Estos espacios requieren de experiencias y encuentros que impliquen intercambios de saberes y de resolución de problemas; el estudio de situaciones contextuales con aplicación recurrente de la lógica interna de las teorías que permitan la reflexión profunda y la construcción y reconstrucción de los conocimientos profesionales, entre otros.
