dc.description In the paper we approach the issue of learning from our mistakes from different schools of thought and with the use of different Epistemological Metaphors such as the intellectual capital. We pose emphasis to the relevance of mistakes to the overall individual and corporate learning process and make an attempt to valuate metaphors for assessing mistakes and their relation to corporate intellectual capital and wealth.
