dc.description Purpose: ground and exposure of planning technology by the diagnostician of key competenses students at initial school. Readiness to the school educating is examined in the light of modern requirements of preschool and initial universal education: orientations of educational process on the result reflected in competenses, in particular, key competenses related to general maintenance of education. The results of monitoring research of regional level are analysed. Methodology: or methodology of realization of work: the theoretical analysis of the different going is carried out near determination of readiness of child to school and normatively-legal base of requirement of federal state educational standard of primary education in part of forming of key competenses at students, statistical analysis of monitoring researches. Results: Scientific meaningfulness of research consists in that forming of key competenses is one of base tasks of realization requirements to the content and results of the pre-school and primary General education. Developed criteria and indicators for measuring the level of readiness of children to school in the light of the competence-based approach, implemented the program of monitoring of readiness for school, received the results of the research of the regional level. Practical implications: the accounting of the results of research can improve the effectiveness of the educational and upbringing process in the primary school and at the stage of pre-school education in the formation of key competence of the students.
