EU concern for the environment associated with a significant "contribution" of Europe in the creation of global problems and its vulnerability to the impacts. Resolution of the contradictions in the system of "society - environment" is impossible without effective environmental management. In this context, the purpose of work - an analysis of the European experience of environmental management in the context of sustainable development, the world has recognized the most effective. The novelty of the paper is to estimate faktorologicheskoy practice of environmental management in the EU, of the author. The result of the study is to validate the strategic priorities, the implementation of which can increase the effectiveness of environmental management in the context of sustainable development: an integrated approach, the implementation of best available technologies. Relevance of the study results confirmed the increasing activities to develop effective environmental policy in Russia at present. |
