dc.description	The article focuses on issues connected to creation, purpose and arrangement of classification concepts for multimedia presentations as educational tools, suggested methodological procedures for teacher&rsquo;s professional development in using multimedia presentations for inquiry and project based learning based on materials of teacher&rsquo;s professional development training course ( Intel.Teach to the Future).<br>В статті розглядаються питання, пов&rsquo;язані з розробкою, призначенням та класифікацією мультимедійних презентацій як навчальних засобів, запропоновані методичні прийоми підготовки вчителів з використання презентацій для дослідницької проектної діяльності учнів на матеріалах, отриманих при адаптації і впровадженні курсу для підвищення кваліфікації вчителів середніх шкіл.
