dc.description	Se realizó un análisis de contenido de los documentos rectores del proceso de formación del especialista en Medicina General Integral que se utilizan tanto en la actividad académica propiamente dicha como en la de atención a la población, teniendo en cuenta su característica fundamental de asumir como principales, los escenarios de la Atención Primaria de Salud, como extensión de la Universidad para la formación de los recursos humanos. Fueron seleccionados tanto el Reglamento para la formación de Residentes, como la Carpeta Metodológica y el Programa de Trabajo del Médico y la Enfermera de la Familia. En ellos se estudió la relación de los contenidos con los aspectos que identifican el perfil político-ideológico y el perfil profesional, los que determinan el modelo del egresado en esta especialidad, y su correspondencia con la estrategia política señalada para la formación de este especialista, mediante una guía de análisis de contenido de documentos escritos elaborada a partir del modelo descrito en el programa de formación vigente. En los resultados se apreció cómo el modelo descrito en el programa mantiene una estrecha relación de correspondencia con lo que establecen en su contenido los documentos estudiados. Se recomienda la necesidad de profundizar en su estudio y aplicación por parte del personal docente durante el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje y educación.<br>The contents of the leading documents in the process of formation of the specialist in comprehensive general medicine was analyzed. These documents are not only used in the academic work as such but also in the care of the population, taking into account their fundamental characteristic of considering the primary health care areas as an extension of the university for the formation of human resources. Documents such as the Regulations for the formation of residents, the Methodological Dossier and the Work Program of Family Physician and Nurse were selected. The relation of the contents of these documents with the aspects identifying the political-ideological profile and the professional profile, which determine the model of graduate in this specialty in accordance with the political strategy for the formation of this specialist, was studied through a guiding document to analyze the contents of written documents based on a model described in the present formation program. The results showed that the described model closely matched with the contents of the studied documents. Therefore, it is recommended to delve into the study and application of the aforementioned document by the teaching personnel during the teaching-learning-education process.
