dc.description	O artigo é uma resposta ao trabalho de Piccolo, Moscardini e Costa, publicado no volume 16, número 1 deste periódico, no qual os autores analisaram a minha produção bibliográfica publicada em periódicos científicos. Alguns fatos da minha vida pessoal, intimamente ligados à trajetória acadêmica percorrida, são descritos com o intuito de favorecer a compreensão radical da minha posição teórica. As referências que dão suporte ao artigo foram, em boa parte, publicadas há algumas décadas. Isto se deve ao fato de que grandes contribuições teóricas nas Ciências Humanas ocorreram em meados do século passado. Significa que a preocupação excessiva com a atualidade das referências, avaliada em termos de cronologia, leva os pesquisadores a abrirem mão da vasta e rica sistematização teórica daquele período.<br>The article is an answer to the paper published by Piccolo, Moscardini and Costa in volume 16, number 1 of this journal, in which the authors analyzed my bibliographic production published in scientific journals. Some facts about my personal life, intimately related to my academic path, are described so as to enable the radical understanding of my theoretical position. A large portion of the references supporting the article was published some decades ago. This is due to the fact that great theoretical contributions in Human Sciences emerged in the middle of the last century. This means that the excessive concern about how up to date my references were, when evaluated in terms of chronology, leads the researchers to choose to ignore the breadth and richness of the theoretical systematization of that period.
