El estudio de sus elementos y factores nos facilitará la búsqueda de una alternativa para la formación ciudadana básica en el siglo XXI. The study of their elements and factors would ease the search for an alternative to basic citizen formation in the XXIth century. L’étude de lues éléments et facteurs nous redent plus facile la recherche d’une alternative pour la formation citoyenne élémentaire au XXI siècle.
