The urgency of problems of development the domestic manufacture of children's toys touched in this article is stipulated by the general dysfunction in the system of state management of the economy caused by decrease of the level of state participation in the economy as well as prolonged transition from sectoral industrial policy to the policy of stimulating the competitiveness of the industry. The article reflects the author's view that the imperative condition for the effective transformation of domestic enterprises-manufacturers of children's toys is the technological modernization which is institutionally integrated into an adequate system of state preferences for innovative developments, implementation of which will allow to expand opportunities of development the promising segments of the market from the side of domestic manufacturers of children's toys. The development of this vector is substantiated by the author as one of the most important conditions for the full logistic cycle of manufacture and sale of toy products in the domestic market of the country. |
