dc.description Este trabajo busca acercar al lector a un tema muy presente en la literatura psicológica de los últimos años: la autorregulación y su papel en los procesos de aprendizaje. Raros son los textos psicológicos de hoy que no dediquen algunas páginas a ese concepto y sin embargo se tiene muchas veces la sensación de que el tema aún no ha sido abordado en profundidad. Se analiza cada campo de intersección en que se sitúa el aprendizaje autorregulado: la cognición, la metacognición y la motivación; a través de los conceptos y problemas que emergen de cada uno de estos tres campos, buscamos reflejar que el aprendizaje autorregulado es un tópico de estudio comprehensivo y ambicioso<br>The aim of this paper is that readers get closer to a very common issue in psycho­logical literature in recent years: self-regulation and its role in the learning processes. Nowadays most psychological texts make reference to this concept at least in some pages; however, in many cases there is the sensation that the issue is not dealt with in depth. In the present work, we analyze every intersection field where self-regulated learning is present: cognition, metacognition and motivation. By means of the concepts and issues that emerge in each of these three fields we try to show that self-regulated learning is a comprehensive and ambitious study matter
