dc.description The approach to the development of schoolchildren information study skills as mutually conditioned process of operational efficient basis of the text activity mastering and cultivation of such personal features as: reflexivity, subjectivity, dialogical thinking, accompanied by enrichment of concept sphere and the personal meaning system development is suggested in this article. The content of skills is worked out on the basis of fundamentally new conception in contrast to distraction and processing of the essence of interaction process between a person and information as a text activity and proposes the notion of text understanding as a central one in skill components of text understanding interpretation. The process of text understanding is regarded in mutual complimentarity of psycholinguistic, psychological and hermeneutic approaches which provides emphases in personality-oriented schoolchildren information study skills development process and demands methods and forms applying in schoolchildren study cognitive activity as principally reproducing procedures specific for dialogical thinking. The understanding process correlation with such inner personal conditions as concept sphere content and personal meaning system is revealed. The process and results of stated ideas practical realization in some Tyumen region secondary schools are described. The approach could be extensively applied in humanitarian disciplines study process in secondary schools.
