dc.description The present article shows, from a revision of the programmes of cognitive development proposed by authors kike Nikerson, Perkins and Smith, on one hand, and Carlos Yuste, by another one, to get to know the work by R. Feuerstein and his theory on the Structural Cognitive Modifiability. With a different model of evaluation LPAD or Dynamic Potential Assessment Device- Feuerstein gets to know the learning potential and the level of cognitive operation, with the propose of improving then in cultural deprived people and of low scholastic results by means of the IE (Instrumental Enrichment). The theory of the Structural Modifiability considers the organism as a system opened to the change and the modification and introduces the figure of the Mediator.
