dc.description	The Search of methods for the quantitative evaluation of different types of marketing communications effectiveness, including public relations - PR (public relations) is an actual and difficult task. The purpose of the article is the quantification of the influence of PRinteraction on the economic results of the industrial enterprise. The article shows the possibility of considering PR-interaction of industrial enterprises with the target audience as a logistics information flow of a special kind and its appropriate management in the logistics. In this case PR-interaction should be considered as a transformative factor that increases the consumption of the finished product. PR-interaction can be regarded as a supply of extra energy and PR-flow turn into the special information and energy flow from the simple information flow. A mathematical relationship to describe the connection between the parameters of PR-flow and the change in income from sales of industrial enterprises is submitted. Field of results application: the proposed relationship can be used to predict the effectiveness of PR-campaign in industrial enterprises and to determine its optimal parameters.
