dc.description	Resumen:El presente trabajo es una investigación con datos de fuentes primarias y secundarias, en el que se repasa la experiencia vivida por la Sede del Pacífico de la Universidad de Costa Rica, en el desarrollo y la ejecución de proyectos académicos, dentro del marco de dos Convenios firmados por el Consejo Nacional de Rectores. El propósito de este trabajo es identificar las debilidades y las fortalezas en la ejecución de proyectos interuniversitarios, así como plantear mejoras en los procedimientos de coordinación y articulación entre las Universidades Estatales para el desarrollo de estos.Abstract: This study was based on primary and secondary data sources. It shows the process for the development and execution of academic projects that the University of Costa Rica Pacific Branch went through under the two agreements signed by the National Council of Deans. The objective of this study is to identify strengths and weaknesses in the execution of inter-university projects and to make recommendations to improve the procedures for coordination among universities in the development and execution of the projects.
