dc.description The article is devoted to the actual problem of lingvodidactics. It is the problem of foreign language learning results assessment in the system of high professional linguistic education. We suggest the concept based on cognitive and communicative approach to foreign language teaching. This concept views the students assessing and measuring activity as the means of their personal cognitive and communicative development, their potential for self-development and self-learning.
