The aim of this work is the examination of the concepts of "human potential of the region" and the analysis of reresults of a survey conducted in 2009-2010. Center of the regional sociology and конфликто technology of the Institute of sociology of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Program of fundamental research of Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences "Fundamental problems of spatial development of the Russian Federation: an interdisciplinary synthesis") in 27 regions (constituent entities of the Russian Federation) on the basis of expert interviews. The novelty of the work consists in the fact that, in the author's conception of the human potential of the territory is presented as one of the most important factors of formation of regional Edenтичности of the region, the active component, which is shown in certain models of behavior members of the regional community in relation to their region. The author comes to the conclusion that the human potential of the region has a complex internal hierarchical structure (includes labour, vocational qualification, demographic, innovation and other on-тенциалы) and is currently in need of a sharp build-up in the conditions of modernization of the processes. |
