dc.description Este artigo aborda a compreensão de políticas como práticas coletivas, em contextos cotidianos, as múltiplas relações de "praticantes" nas redes cotidianas de conhecimentos e significações, a preocupação com as ações políticas em rizomas - os desafios à sua compreensão - e a indicação de processos possíveis: os contextos de formação de professores e a ideia de "docentesdiscentes" na contemporaneidade.<br>This paper approaches the understanding of policies as collective practices, in day-to-day contexts, the multiple relationships of "practitioners" in the daily networks of knowledge and meanings, the concern with the political actions in rhizomes - the challenges to their understanding - and the indication of possible processes: the contexts of teacher training and the idea of "teachersstudents" in the present days.
