Purpose: to analyze the state and level of the human resources development in the studied municipal region. The method of involved observation, structural and system analysis of statistical data on the state of human resources of the municipal region administration and adjacent structures was used in the research. In accordance with the research results, a strategic plan of the municipal district administration human resources and the system of monitoring of the scheduled measures aimed at the human resources development in the Ordynsky Region has been elaborated and introduced. The scientific novelty is the development of the strategic plan of the municipal district administration human resources and the system of monitoring of the scheduled measures aimed at the human resources development in the Ordynsky Region. The proposed strategic plan of the municipal district administration human resources and human resources of the adjacent administrative structures and also the created system of monitoring of the scheduled measures aimed at the human resources development in the studied municipal region can be used in similar municipal units constituent of the Russian Federation. |
