dc.description Se exponen los rasgos principales que caracterizaron los cambios que se introdujeron durante el desarrollo de la superación, que incluyen las transformaciones de las concepciones de los propios autores, en su actuación en la práctica social. Ha sido necesario por su extensión publicarlo en 2 partes, y aunque no se ha podido medir todavía el impacto de esas concepciones en los medios de actuar de los docentes , puede servir de punto de partida para una reflexión teórica ante cualquier tentativa semejante.<br>The main characteristics of the changes that were introduced during the development of upgrading, including the transformations of the authors’ conceptions in their acting in social practice, are approached in this paper. Due to its lenght, it has been necessary to publish it in 2 parts. Although the impact of these conceptions on the enviroment of the teaching personnel has not been measured yet, it may serve as a starting point for a theoretical reflection before any similar attempt.
