dc.description El presente trabajo pretende aportar una mirada metodológica al proceso de construcción del conocimiento social sobre la formación permanente de profesores considerando la utilidad que ésta puede tener para su desarrollo profesional. Concretamente se busca medir la validez de la escala índice de Calidad del Aprendizaje Profesional (ICAP). El conjunto de análisis permite inferir que el instrumento es confiable y consistente (a 0,89 de Cronbach), lo que permite evaluar la estabilidad o cambios ocasionados por la formación permanente, contribuyendo así a su estandarización a nivel nacional e internacional, aportando información relevante a la discusi��n sobre la enseñanza eficaz.<br>This research tries to contribute a to looking well assessment to the process of construction of the social knowledge on the teachers' training considering the utility that this one can have for his professional development. Concretely there sought to measure the validity of the instrument of Quality index of the Professional Learning. The set of analysis allow to infer that of the instrument is reliable and consistent (a 0,89 of Cronbach), which allows to evalúate the stability or changes caused by the permanent training; contributing this way to his national and international standardization, contributing relevant information to the discussion on the effective education.
