dc.description Determined the effect of different methods of physical education classes to the total physical capacity of students and the level of physical performance of students after acute respiratory illnesses. The study included 66 boys aged 18-22 years. To determine the physical performance bicycle exercise test was used Navakki. Found that the physical performance of students after an acute respiratory disease is low. Monitoring in the implementation of self-study methodology with special exercises, improving orientation in the experimental group (EG) showed that the system of breathing exercises «Bodyflex» had a positive effect on the level of general physical health of students. So, after the experiment in the EG were found significantly higher levels of physical performance, which indicates the improvement of the functional reserves of the organism.
