dc.description	Analytical research of the special motor activity is conducted in the real terms of training process of sportsmen. The «physiological cost» of achievement of intermediate and eventual trainings results is certain. «Weak links» are exposed in the chain of measures which are directed on achievement of the planned sporting result. It is marked that the positive effect of the use of the special exercises is accompanied the objective changing: exactness of motions, exactness of perception of information, increases with the increase of intensity of the trainings loadings.
