Firms which are engaged in network marketing, densely entered into a modern market reality. Their goods are practically not advertised in the mass media, are not represented on the shelves of shops, do not have their own retail points of sales, they reach the consumer through private distributors. Network companies achieve high results of activity of using by and large only one powerful tool - the flexible system of motivation of its employees. The relevance of the chosen theme is that at the modern level of development of the personnel management model schemes of motivation of employees, traditionally used by the firms, in many ways have been exhausted. Need new flexible mechanisms of motivation, meet the requirements of the employees of the new type - better-educated, have a broad Outlook, using ample opportunities of computer equipment and well-oriented in the global information space. The aim of the article. Study and generalization of the experience of grid companies in the field of motivation of employees. Results. The results of the study is a series of practical observation and identification of models of motivation of the personnel of network organizations. The area of application. The results of the research can be applied in organizations of sphere of services and trade for the improvement of motivational models of management of the personnel. |
