dc.description	Se realiza un análisis de contenido de discursos del Dr. Fidel Castro Ruz que expresan algunas ideas que caracterizan al modelo del especialista de Medicina General Integral y al Médico de Familia. Se realiza el trabajo utilizando una guía de análisis de contenido de documentos escritos, elaborada tomando como referencia el modelo descrito en el programa de formación del especialista en MGI. El principal resultado destaca con nitidez que el modelo descrito como ideal para el profesional graduado de especialista en Medicina General Integral tiene como principal referente teórico el pensamiento del Comandante en Jefe. Se recomienda la necesidad de profundizar, durante el proceso de formación, el estudio y aplicación del pensamiento de Fidel.<br>An analysis is made of some speeches of Fidel Castro Ruz that express some ideas characterizing the model of the General Comprehensive Medicine specialist and of the Family Physician. This paper was made by means of a guide to analyze the content of those written documents that used as a reference the model described in the training program of this specialist. The main result stresses clearly that the thinking of the Commander in Chief is the fundamental point of reference of the model described as an ideal for the professional graduated from General Comprehensive Medicine. It is recommended to go deep into the study and application of Fidels’s thought during the training process.
