dc.description	Purpose: The analysis of medical-demographic losses of the population of Krasnoyarsk region as a result of mortality from injury and poisoning in 2004-2010. The methodology of work: The DALY method (years of life, adjusted to account for violation of health), developed by the World Health Organization.Results Using DALY method the analysis was performed, the trends were identified, priority areas and target groups to address the problems associated with mortality due to injury and poisoning were identified. It was recommended to add the indicators of integrated assessment to the standards for the assessment of values of medico-demographic losses and of the results of target programs aimed at their reduction. Practical implications: the assessment of population health.
