The article is devoted to main theoretical concepts of the civil society in the foreign and native political science. The civil society’s concepts are building in such categories as political space, political institutes, interaction with the state, public security, public risks, political culture and ets. The purpose of article - review of key concepts of civil society and refraction through the prism of Russia's new political reality. Imbued with a new comprehension of new institutional paradigm of civil society and its demand is disclosed in the modernization process in Russia. The article also contains the author's concept of civil society in the modern challenges of globalization. It is noted that the relations between public authorities and civil society in contemporary Russia are contradictory. Relationships within civil society are based mainly on the horizontal, as in the state - the vertical. However, there was an interdependence of government and civil society in the Russian Federation. |
