dc.description	Russians regarded the desire to protect his world order. Explained that the dynamics of globalization processes and the situation in the country actualize the need to identify (clarify) the problems of mental culture of the military security of the space of Russian society. In the paper, the military-political elite, thinking themselves in a global society, it loses the features of the national cease to pursue specific interests of its people. The author argues that global military and political subjects of Russia manifested primarily in their rejection of national identity and the protection of national values. In addition, the reader is supplied to the idea that failures in the domestic culture of military security is largely determined by the defeat of all-embracing vision of Russian society disease of Western values, a violation of logic and the ability to perceive and measure it (society), the military-political events and processes. Over the past two decades, the Russians were employed against such powerful technology manipulation of consciousness, which had a "meltdown," and thus launched the chain process of the loss of skills, logical reasoning in matters of patriotism and unity.
