From the View of Classroom Teaching Behavior to Discuss New Teachers' Teaching Design

dc.description New teachers' teaching design has an important influence on classroom teaching behavior, and classroom teaching behavior deeply reflects new teachers' teaching design. Through observing and appraising an English lesson of Mrs Shen, a new teacher, we obtained her classroom teaching behavior and teaching design's idea. After analyzing these data, we find that Mrs Shen has some problems in teaching design. To solve these problems, we need the new teachers to make efforts and the school to support with resources.
