dc.description |
We consider the direction of the static and dynamic balance among students of the middle classes. The experiment involved 40 students of 7-8 classes. It is designed the technique development and improvement of the ability to maintain balance in children. The method includes the most basic elements of gymnastics, under which you must have skill preservation of stability (balance, turns and jumps). It is noted the desirability of combining similar in their biomechanical characteristics curves and equilibria. We recommend the use of hops as a means of developing the ability to maintain balance. |
