Under the influence of market and technocratic factors and technogenic modernizations between technogenic society, a technosphere and the biosphere there are dynamic interrelations, streams of substances, energy and information which make the main features of an era of modern information-and-technogenic development. The technogenic society and its technosphere start to play a dominating role in social and biospheric processes in present period. Being formed on the basis of integration of social, technospheric and biospheric communications the global technogenic socio-biospheric system becomes complicated. Such technogenic socio-biospheric evolution (socio-techno-biospheric globalization) fixes a technocratic vector of development of socio-biospheric life. In the course of dynamic scientific and technical development and expansion of a production activity to the biosphere in huge scales artificial substances arrive and systems of not biospheric origin. They are biospheric and human body pollutants. As a result there is a change of natural, biospheric model of the life defined by centuries-old evolution of the biosphere, on technogenic socio-biospheric, in many respects artificial. These artificial processes are defined by the expanding mechanism of technogenic economy. |
