The questions of the definition of "investment attractiveness" of the environmental argument in the competition for international investment. The need to attract resources for enterprise development requires the recipient to be the investment attractive to the investor. For this reason, in the foreground the concept of investment attractiveness - a complex of the integral concept, which emerged recently in connection with the development of such areas for economic research, as investment analysis. Each enterprise focused on sustainable business development and attraction of foreign investment, making capital investments in environmentalnye activities that can not only implement a health-saving technologies, but also make the company more competitive. More and more businesses understand that the neglect of environmental assessment activities, environmental non-compliance increases the risk, reduces the economic value of companies and distort stock prices. This inevitably leads to a decline in their investment appeal. |
