This paper analyses attitudes and opinions of primary and high schools principals, in the Slovak Republic on the issue of human resources in terms of societal and international trends with 5 years horizon to focus on addressing the increasing age average of teachers; solving the problem of high feminization of teaching staff; issues of acceptance, respectively. no acceptance members of other ethnic groups, sexual orientation and physically disabled colleagues – teachers; low teacher status in Slovakia; monitoring of graduates in the labour market by school management and mutual competitiveness of schools, through qualitative analysis Focus Group Interview. Results are a partial outcome of the international scientific research project called Diversity management, comparison, the best practices of Visegrad countries no. 21110193, solved by the Visegrad Fund in cooperation with the University of West Bohemia and the other three universities in Hungary, Poland and the Slovak Republic and these were confronted by the current trends in state education policy in the Slovak Republic. |
